Xinhua Industrial & Trade Company Its full name is Shandong Xinhua Industrial & Trade Company Limited (the "I&T Company"). Its core enterprise is Shandong Zibo Xinhua Wanbo Fine Chemical Company Limited which was evaluated as the State High and New Tech enterprise.
