Company State high and new tech enterprise A joint venture company Shandong Zibo Xinhua-Chermferm Pharmaceutical Industrial Company Limited ("Xinhua-Chemferm) is a Joint Venture Company established in 1994 by joint venture between Shandong Xinhua Pharmaceutical Group Company and the Netherlandish DSM Corporation well-known in the world. Currently Xinhua-Chemferm is the largest manufacturer of bulk pharmaceuticals of cephalosporins in China with the superior process of cephalosporins in the world. Xinhua-Chemferm obtained the certificates of GMP and ISO 14001 successively. Its annual output of bulk cephalexin, cephradine and cephadroxil hits nearly 1000 metric tons. Moreover, Xinhua-Chemferm has been awarded the title of "Foreign-founded Enterprise with Advanced Technology" by municipal, provincial and state Committee of International Business and Economics.
