Xinhua Enterprise Tech. R&D Center

Its full name is the Enterprise Tech. R&D Center in Shandong Xinhua Pharmaceutical Group Company (the "Center"). The Center was evaluated as a State-level Tech. R&D Center in 1998 concentrating research, development, design, and quality control as a whole and already having the new developing capability. The new drug named Etofesalamide and its preparation researched and developed by the Center rewrote the record that no fist-type state-class new drug can be used to treat dermatoses in China. Besides, many researching results filled the gaps at home.

Always paying great attention to R&D, the Company set up a drug lab at the early stage of its establishment and a R&D institute special for new drugs in the 1960s, which was expanded in the1990's. The Company also develops broad cooperation with the universities, research institutes and well-known hospitals at home and abroad.

Shandong Zibo Xinhua Pharm Design Institute Co., Ltd (the "Institute"), which is affiliated to the Center, is qualified as a Class II designing unit for pharmaceutical and chemical industrials. It was elected as a unit of standing Vice-Director of China Pharmaceutical Project Design Association with a design qualification of type I and type II pressure vessels. The institute is capable of undertaking deigns of the pharmaceutical, chemical, biological, light industry, cleaning project and various power, public utilities and construction projects, undertaking consultation in engineering technology, planning, evaluation and bidding; undertaking feasibility study, preliminary design and construction drawing design for a whole project, etc.
